The "Import from Translation Project" function now imports an item's translation status ("state") even when the target text is not imported. This allows a translator to set/change a translation unit's status and the new translation status to be imported for the TU. Other data, such as the translation text, no longer needs to be changed/edited in order to get the state imported.
